Returns & Exchanges: 

Returns are not accepted but if an item is damaged in transit, please reach out to me via email within a week of receiving your order and provide photos.  I will either remake your piece or provide a replacement option. 

Care: 

All functional ware such as plates, bowls, mugs, & goblets are food safe, dishwasher safe & microwave safe unless otherwise noted in the product description however, due to the more delicate nature of handmade ceramics, washing your items by hand is always recommended.

*Please note that all pieces are one of a kind and hand built by me. Imperfections and irregularities can be expected with handmade work and as long as they do not detract from the beauty or functionality of a piece it is embraced and considered acceptable for sale.

Shipping & Handling: 

All items will be shipped out within 5-7 business days upon receiving your order. If you need rush or expedited shipping please reach out and or include a note at checkout and I will do my best to accommodate you. I also offer a free local pickup option for anyone based in New York that would like to waive the $10 shipping fee, if selecting this option at checkout I will contact you via email to schedule a pick-up time from my studio in Greenpoint Brooklyn.
